​     Since 1996, Bamboo Garden III has been bringing our customers an extraordinary dining experience. Featuring Chinese Dim Sum Cuisine and Authentic Chinese dishes that rewarded us with AOL City Guide's Best Chinese Food in 2005, Rated 4 1/2 stars by the Miami Herald and also received TOP 100 Local Favorites "Recognition of Excellence in Chinese Cuisine" in 2010 and was successfully inducted into the Chinese Restaurants News' for the Top 100 Chinese Restaurants. ​

     In order to captivate our customers, we present delicious signature dishes such as our New Zealand Rack of Lamb, Peking Duck and Live Maine Lobster that is caught when you order. Our Hong Kong cooking styles are unique and bestow finesse which separates us from all other restaurants. Everyday, from open to close, we serve fresh dim sum that is made from scratch. Our featured Dim Sum Chef sought apprenticeship from renowned chefs in Hong Kong and mastered his techniques in Seattle.
